As this year comes to a close, we want to pause and thank the seniors who have been the heartbeat of our USSP pickleball community. You brought more than skill to the court—you brought wisdom, warmth, and a sense of belonging that can’t be measured on any scoreboard.
Your laughter carried across the courts.
Your encouragement lifted new players.
Your presence turned simple games into shared memories.
You reminded us that competition can be friendly, that community matters, and that joy doesn’t fade with age—it deepens. And yes, you also reminded us that a perfectly placed dink can humble even the most confident player… but you always did it with a smile.
We’re grateful for the stories you shared between matches, the patience you showed when teaching others, and the way you welcomed every person like they were already part of the family. You didn’t just help our events succeed; you shaped the spirit of what USSP pickleball is all about.
Thank you for showing up with heart, humor, and a resilience that inspires everyone around you. Thank you for proving that community thrives when people care for one another. And thank you for making this year unforgettable.

Thanks to Center Court Pickleball Club and The Pickleball Space for their hospitality and friendly staff members and USSP and Humana for their generosity in funding our events.
Here’s to another year of connection, camaraderie, and the kind of moments that stay with us long after the final point is played.
